Customer Contact Center Specialist – Lithuanian Speaker (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Contact Center Specialist who will be the main point of contact for Lithuanian‑speaking consumers, delivering a seamless brand and product ownership experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound consumer contacts via phone, email, social media and chat covering pre‑sales, sales, registration, warranty, technical support and complaints.
• Perform outbound calls on request, such as follow‑up callbacks after technician visits.
• Provide a low‑effort, delightful experience and drive cross‑selling of consumables, accessories, warranties and services.
• Use Electrolux systems (Genesys, Regulus, SAP) to record and process interactions.
• Collaborate with technical support, marketing, ownership solutions and external service partners.
• Participate in training, continuously improve skills and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a contact‑center environment, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stress‑management abilities.
• Fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written) and good English (B1‑B2); Russian is a plus.
• Professional, reliable, proactive team player who adapts to ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Experience with Genesys contact‑center platform.
• Familiarity with Regulus and SAP systems.

What we offer

• Annual base salary between €17,700 and €23,600 gross.
• Fixed‑term contract until mid‑February 2027.
