Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Mouser Electronics' fast‑growing Vilnius Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line contact for customers worldwide, handling orders, quotes, and product inquiries while upholding Mouser’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions—including orders, quotes, returns, and special‑handling requests—with accuracy and speed.
• Provide product availability information, cross‑sell and up‑sell related items, and manage catalog, sample, and information requests.
• Monitor delivery dates and product quality, ensuring orders meet customer requirements.
• Research and expedite orders, resolve customer concerns, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Support local and regional Customer Service teams and assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service or similar role, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and ability to represent Mouser professionally.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple currencies and international order requirements.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills with a structured, organized approach.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and comfortable working in a cross‑cultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
