About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Soro’s Customer Success team in Vilnius. You will be the front‑line contact for small‑business customers using our AI‑powered growth platform, helping them solve issues, prevent churn and improve the product.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Identify early signs of churn and intervene before customers decide to leave.
- Gather feedback from interactions and relay insights to the product team.
- Manage a portfolio of real customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Report progress and challenges directly to the Customer Success lead.
Required profile
- Fluent written English.
- Strong problem‑ownership mindset – you see a problem through to resolution.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
Required skills
- WordPress.
- Basic HTML.
