Deals Manager - Financial Due Diligence

About the role

PwC is looking for a Deals Manager in Vilnius to join its Deals team, which works with private equity investors and corporate clients on transactions. The role focuses on leading financial due diligence engagements, identifying key financial risks and collaborating with the Valuation and Corporate Finance teams on selected projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Deals projects: financial due diligence, business valuation, sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory and other corporate finance projects, owning the process from planning to delivery with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Grow the Deals business through active business development, proactively identifying opportunities and coordinating proposal submission and client engagement
• Carry out in-depth financial analysis of target companies, including normal EBITDA, working capital and net debt, and identify financial risks affecting transaction value
• Supervise and lead the team through all project phases: task delegation, storyboarding, analyses, expert sessions, reports, reviews and presentations
• Coordinate with tax, legal, ESG teams, other advisors and investment bankers
• Build the team through regular coaching and on-the-job development, and contribute to the technical growth of yourself and the team

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, financial auditing, financial due diligence, corporate finance, business valuation or similar areas
• Fluent English and Lithuanian
• Experience managing people and teams
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CFA, or progress toward one, is an advantage
• Genuine interest in the Lithuanian business environment and ability to see the big picture
