Paid Internship in Audit (Klaipėda)

About the role

PwC's Audit Competency Center in Klaipėda offers a four-month paid internship starting on 1 December. You will work part-time in December and full-time from January through April, alongside experienced colleagues on projects for international companies and local businesses. Successful interns may be offered a permanent Audit Assistant role.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit teams by preparing clear, high-quality documentation.
• Learn how audit standards and financial reporting work in practice.
• Work with data from companies across different industries, from large international clients to local businesses.
• Use Excel, business analysis tools and approved AI tools to organise information, identify patterns, draft summaries and complete routine tasks more efficiently.
• Perform agreed audit tests and clearly defined assignments with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Learn to use AI responsibly: check outputs, protect confidential information and apply professional judgement.

Required profile

• Final-year student, recent graduate or expected to graduate within 12 months in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge, or motivation to acquire it quickly.
• Confident communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Comfortable using Excel; interest in AI tools and data analysis is a plus, but prior AI experience is not required.
• Proactive, reliable and ready to learn in a supportive team.
