Field Service Engineer (Medium & Low Voltage)

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). The role involves ensuring the reliability, safety and performance of medium and low voltage electrical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV.
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Support Low Voltage service activities, including maintenance and repair of circuit breakers.
• Ensure all work complies with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards and health & safety requirements.
• Prepare service documentation and technical reports.
• Plan and organise service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems up to 35 kV.
• Proven experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Electrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications.
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

• Annual salary range: €32,000‑€38,000 (Estonia/Latvia) or €41,000‑€49,000 (Lithuania).
