Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

Reloe is looking for a hands‑on Finance Operations Specialist to keep our financial processes running smoothly. You will work across multiple entities and international partners, ensuring payments are processed on time and treasury positions are accurately monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily banking operations across several accounts and guarantee sufficient funds for upcoming payments.
• Oversee payment service providers such as Stripe and PayPal, tracking settlements, currencies and balances.
• Follow up on delayed or missing settlements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Manage company and credit‑card balances to cover business and advertising expenses.
• Prepare and process intercompany invoices and related payments.
• Maintain a daily overview of the treasury position, including funds held in banks, PSPs and deposits.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day accounting tasks with an external accounting firm.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and accounting partners to answer payment or accounting queries.
• Develop and execute FX strategies based on currency needs and cash position.
• Provide regular updates on cash and treasury status and suggest automation improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations or a similar role.
• Comfortable handling invoices, payments, financial documentation and banking operations.
• Experience monitoring bank accounts, balances, cash availability and payment settlements.
• Basic understanding of foreign‑exchange (FX) and currency management.
• Strong ownership, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with multiple entities.
