Junior Accountant

About the role

Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Post transactions in accounting software and maintain accounting records based on client information.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including processing incoming invoices and handling ad‑hoc requests.
• General administration of bank accounts, such as creating payment orders, maintaining balances, and supervising accounts.
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations for clients.
• Perform other accounting tasks as required.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student in business, economics, accounting, finance, STEM or related fields.
• Curiosity about finance and accounting news.
• Motivation and willingness to grow as an accounting expert.
• Strong attention to quality, detail and accuracy.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Related work or internship experience; good MS Office skills are a benefit.
