About the role

AB Klaipėdos Energija is looking for a Finance Controller to lead the analysis, planning and control of financial results and operational indicators. You will work closely with senior management to shape long‑term strategies and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate analyses of financial results and performance metrics.
• Develop and monitor short‑ and long‑term operational plans, financial models and forecasts.
• Model and evaluate investment and business projects, overseeing budget execution.
• Produce investment project support reports and the annual management report.
• Perform regulatory financial calculations, data analysis and optimise control processes.
• Maintain and improve financial and business analytics tools.
• Participate in additional tasks and projects as required.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or analysis within a business environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical, critical thinking, proactive, meticulous and responsible attitude.
• Fluent Lithuanian and at least B1 level English.
