French‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Desktronic is looking for a French‑speaking professional to join its online customer support team. You will help customers choose the right height‑adjustable desks and ergonomic accessories, guide them through the purchase process and ensure smooth post‑order communication.

Key responsibilities

• Turn phone and online enquiries into satisfied customers by identifying needs and providing expert advice.
• Manage post‑order communication, follow up on delivery issues and ensure technical problems are resolved.
• Update internal databases with technical issues and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with warehouses to handle non‑delivery, damaged goods and other logistics challenges.
• Identify upsell opportunities and refer clients to the sales team.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French; good spoken and written English or Lithuanian (B2 level).
• Strong empathy, teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good time‑management.
• Experience in a client‑facing role (sales, customer support or service) – not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with eDesk (advantage).
