Front-End Developer – AI-Powered Customer Support

About the role

CyberCare, a customer‑care leader backed by Tesonet, is looking for a Front‑End Developer to build engaging, AI‑enhanced web applications that help millions of tech users get fast, human‑centric support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of front‑end products that enable AI‑driven customer support.
• Apply and evolve front‑end best practices, architecture, and project structure.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Write observable, well‑tested code and ensure issues are easy to diagnose.
• Collaborate daily with product managers and backend engineers to define, build, and ship features.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong grasp of modern web technologies and component‑based architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Ability to translate high‑level requirements into clean technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools is a plus.
