Head of Influencer Marketing

About the role

Desktronic is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to own the end‑to‑end influencer programme across Europe and the US. Based in Vilnius with a hybrid work model, you will shape strategy, build a high‑performing team and drive measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy, setting goals and KPIs.
• Identify, negotiate and secure partnerships with top‑tier creators on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Lead, coach and remove blockers for the influencer team.
• Manage major partnership deals from pitch to signed contract, using barter, commission, flat‑fee or mixed structures.
• Evaluate partnership value, avoiding inflated creator and agency fees.
• Define quality standards for content that feels native yet drives sales.
• Expand the programme into new markets and track real impact metrics such as sales, ROAS, ROI, CPA and AOV.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Proven track record closing deals with creators who have millions of followers.
• Experience running barter and commission deals, not just paid posts.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to push back on pricing.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop a team.
• Experience managing influencer programmes across multiple markets.
• Evidence of campaigns that generated sales, not just reach.
• Bonus: an existing network of creators you can bring to Desktronic.
