HR Generalist – People, Projects & AI Enablement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist who thrives on variety – from senior stakeholder support and HR projects to recruitment – and is passionate about leveraging AI to improve HR processes. This role is dynamic, allowing you to move between strategic initiatives and tactical execution in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews ranging from initial screens to deeper hiring stages.
• Participate in core HR initiatives such as talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvements.
• Apply an AI‑first mindset to evolve HR processes, identifying automation opportunities.
• Develop personal AI expertise and help the wider HR function adopt AI tools.
• Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team and represent HR in the Head of HR’s absence.
• Support business unit transformations, reorganizations, and provide advisory support to people managers on performance, conflict, structure, and policy matters.

Required profile

• Solid, hands‑on HR experience across business partnership, recruitment, project delivery, and employee/manager advisory.
• Ability to shift fluidly between strategic project work and tactical recruitment tasks.
• Strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Good understanding of AI applications in HR and a genuine interest in building AI skills.
• Self‑managed, able to take ambiguous, cross‑functional work and run with minimal oversight.
• Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude).
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n (optional but beneficial).
