Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join AD REM LEZ, a logistics company operating in the Klaipėda Free Economic Zone. The role will focus on delivering an excellent employee experience, strengthening our culture, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection, from job ads to interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, and employee documentation (hiring, transfers, terminations).
• Advise managers and staff on HR management and Lithuanian employment law.
• Organise performance reviews, goal‑setting, training, professional development and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to compensation, motivation, career and talent management system improvements.
• Analyse HR indicators and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Support internal communication, employee events and culture‑building activities.
• Prepare and update HR policies, procedures and job descriptions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in HR, management, law, psychology or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in HR management or personnel administration.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and HR documentation requirements.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality handling and proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
