About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Dish Preparation Technician to join its aseptic manufacturing team in Vilnius. The role involves preparing work vessels, equipment and the production environment to meet strict quality and sterility standards in a cleanroom setting.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and autoclave work dishes and instruments according to defined procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of A/B class cleanroom areas.
• Prepare single‑use and reusable work garments.
• Perform inventory checks of garments and consumables and ensure timely replenishment.
• Accurately document all performed processes.
• Follow GMP, safety, quality and aseptic manufacturing requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher non‑university education.
• Motivation to learn and adhere to documented procedures.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a regulated production or laboratory environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• Operation of washing and autoclave equipment.
• Understanding of cleanroom, sterility and GMP principles.
