Internal Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join a leading ultra‑short pulse laser manufacturer as an Internal Logistics Specialist. You will support the flow of components and finished products across the company, ensuring accurate inventory and timely supply to production.

Key responsibilities

• Administer inventory management, coordinate goods movement and maintain documentation.
• Maintain warehouse order, supervise labeling and physical layout.
• Organise internal stocktakes and reconcile data with the Navision system.
• Collaborate with supply, quality and production departments to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules, identify risks and communicate relevant information.

Required profile

• Attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and solve logistics challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Navision (preferred).
• Experience using Jira, SharePoint, Excel and Autodesk Inventor (advantage).
