About the role

LEMATEC UAB is seeking a full‑time Equipment Sales Assistant to work on‑site in Vilnius. You will support the sales team by preparing proposals, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, manufacturers, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, commercial offers and technical documentation for packaging and bottling equipment.
• Maintain and update customer records and track orders, deliveries and project status.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and product demonstrations with clients and equipment suppliers.
• Handle incoming inquiries, organise product and service information, and support general office administration related to sales activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset, able to work with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and solid English skills; Russian is a plus.
• Interest in industrial machinery, packaging equipment and B2B sales processes.
• Willingness to learn company‑specific CRM/ERP tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vilnius and maintain a professional, responsible approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
