Junior Customer Experience & Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

As a Junior Customer Experience & Onboarding Coordinator at PAYSTRAX, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely support. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, gather transaction data, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to clients and partners and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Facilitate communication between departments and support cross‑team collaboration.
• Monitor and analyse payment transactions on request and generate relevant reports.
• Report service disruptions and follow escalation procedures.
• Analyse rejection cases and support regular updates and improvements.
• Handle client documentation, collect required information, and verify signature authenticity.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement during team meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Previous experience in a Help Desk, Customer Support, or Customer Service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Tech‑savvy attitude and confidence using AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Experience in payments or fintech is a plus.
