Mechanic – e‑scooter Maintenance

About the role

As a Mechanic you will be responsible for quickly identifying and fixing any damage to Bolt’s fleet of e‑scooters, ensuring each ride is safe and reliable. You will also perform thorough safety tests and quality checks before scooters are released to the road.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general repair work and routine check‑ups on e‑scooters.
• Inspect scooters in use, diagnose problems across all components.
• Perform safety and roadworthiness tests prior to deployment.
• Unpack new scooters, carry out quality checks, install required equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory control, battery management, shipments and housekeeping.

Required profile

• High level of attentiveness and accuracy.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Experience repairing mechanical devices, preferably in automotive or electronic fields.
• Fluent in Lithuanian (spoken and written).
