New Business Account Executive – Baltics Market

About the role

Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition for Revolut Business globally. As an Account Executive you will own the sales cycle from prospecting to activation, delivering an excellent experience for customers in the Baltics market.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a robust lead‑sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with internal Revolut stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage.
• Balance time autonomously between prospecting, closing and upselling while activating internal resources.
• Use solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and at least one of Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong written literacy for email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong motivation to launch a career in a high‑performing sales culture.
• Proven determination, accountability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity and a data‑oriented learning attitude.
