About the role

As a Production Process Operator I you will support the manufacturing of pharmaceutical excipients at Roquette. You will work on the shop floor ensuring safe, precise and quality‑driven operations. Your actions will directly influence process flow and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in excipient production following the competency matrix.
• Execute production steps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Change and replace boxes and tanks as required.
• Control the process by measuring capsule weight and thickness.
• Inspect and adjust colour in HCM batches.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to internal standards.

Required profile

• High concentration, willingness to learn, team spirit and discipline.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with norms.
• Completed or ongoing high‑school education.
• Full documentation and availability for 6‑day rotating shifts (first, second or third shift).
• No prior experience required.
