Packaging Operations Administrator

About the role

The Packaging Operations Administrator supports the day‑to‑day activities of the Packaging Control Tower, ensuring accurate processing of returns, coordination of logistics, and maintenance of operational records across multiple systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to keep packaging assets tracked and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage packaging return/repositioning jobs within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Process customer and station requests within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain records of packaging movements and asset tracking.
• Coordinate packaging collections through approved logistics providers.
• Update transaction records in TMS and Smartsheet, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Support master‑data maintenance activities and audit requests.
• Handle requests from shared mailboxes, provide status updates, and escalate complex issues to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer systems support, order management, or related operations.
• Certification in IT service management or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Experience using Smartsheet for data tracking.
