About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced cold‑call specialist to join a fast‑growing design agency. The position is fully remote and focuses on generating new business through outbound phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate first contact with potential clients via phone.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with prospects.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, targeting 150 calls per day (approximately 3 000 per month).
• Follow predefined sales scripts and use provided lead lists and contact information.
• Track performance against clear, measurable KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in cold‑calling or teleprospection.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, stay disciplined and meet results‑oriented targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive decision‑maker with a responsible work attitude.
