Partnership Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Partnership Manager to grow its network of independent restaurants and small‑to‑medium retail businesses. You will be the front‑line representative, acquiring new partners and helping them succeed on the platform while contributing to Wolt’s market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face sales activities and occasional online meetings with business owners and stakeholders.
• Analyse the local market to identify and prioritize potential partners.
• Generate leads through cold calls, outreach, and on‑site visits.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant and retail decision‑makers.
• Present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Hand over newly signed partners to the onboarding team for activation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support.
• Proven sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise decision‑making processes.
• Self‑starter with a hunter mindset, able to build a portfolio from scratch.
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor offerings to partner needs.
