Payment Processing Assistant – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

As a Payment Processing Assistant you will deliver consistent, high‑quality service by collaborating with Client Support, Sales and internal stakeholders to facilitate customer transactions. The position is based in Vilnius with a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite) and standard working hours of Monday‑Friday, 10 am – 7 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate banking details received from internal and external parties.
• Build beneficiary templates using client‑provided banking information.
• Understand country‑specific currency requirements and process outgoing payments for business clients.
• Monitor intake channels to ensure processing within agreed service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student).
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and proactivity.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a high‑pace, high‑volume environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
