Payment Processing Assistant – Fixed‑Term (1‑Year)

About the role

As a Payment Processing Assistant you will ensure smooth, high‑quality processing of customer transactions while collaborating closely with Client Support, Sales and internal teams. The position is based in Vilnius and follows a hybrid model, requiring you on‑site a few days each week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate banking details received from internal and external parties.
• Build beneficiary templates using client‑provided banking information.
• Understand country‑specific currency requirements and process outgoing payments for business clients.
• Monitor intake channels and guarantee processing within agreed service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Quick learner comfortable in a high‑volume, dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
