People Operations & Total Rewards Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on People Operations & Total Rewards Manager to lead our global People Ops function and own the PVcase Total Rewards strategy. You will build a scalable, data‑driven engine that supports employees across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of two People Operations professionals, ensuring high‑quality support for the entire organization.
• Oversee end‑to‑end People Operations, from onboarding and contract management to off‑boarding, while auditing and automating processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws in Lithuania, Spain, Netherlands, US, UK and Germany.
• Own HRIS integrity and deliver People Analytics insights to leadership.
• Design and maintain international job families, salary ranges and leveling systems, and lead annual salary reviews, merit increases and bonus allocations.
• Evaluate and optimise global benefits, managing relationships with external vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR/People Operations experience with a strong focus on Total Rewards/Compensation.
• Proven track record in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Strong understanding of international payroll, benefits administration and multi‑country labour law compliance.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
