Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role focuses on full‑cycle recruitment – partnering with hiring managers – and requires strong stakeholder management and genuine curiosity about each role’s uniqueness to represent Ruptela Group well.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting and proactive sourcing to interviews, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
• Grow talent pools through sourcing, referrals, social media, job boards and professional networks.
• Support hiring managers with interview techniques, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
• Track hiring metrics, share updates, insights and recommendations.
• Drive projects to improve talent acquisition processes and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Support and improve onboarding for new hires.
• Plan and execute company events in collaboration with HR & Marketing.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, hiring for tech and non‑tech roles.
• Extensive sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of interview techniques, candidate evaluation and supporting hiring managers.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop within Talent Acquisition.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
