About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and autonomous Personnel Manager to handle daily HR administration, employee data management, and smooth execution of labour‑related processes. If you enjoy order, accuracy and coordinating multiple tasks, you will thrive in our team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and administer personnel documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Provide consultation to staff on HR administration and Lithuanian Labour Code matters.
• Generate timely reports, conduct data analysis and support decision‑making.
• Participate in various HR projects and assist with departmental tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration, personnel management or a related field.
• Good knowledge of basic Lithuanian labour law and HR document handling.
• Ability to organise work independently, set priorities and handle large volumes of information.
• Attention to detail, responsibility with data and strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Experience with the Vikarina HR system is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new information systems.
• Basic data‑analysis capabilities.
