Required profile

• Higher education (university degree or equivalent).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service within the service sector.
• Strong listening skills, ability to identify client needs and create value.
• Good organisational and planning abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using MS Teams for remote communication.
