Project Adoption Specialist

About the role

The Project Adoption Specialist will lead the planning and execution of system implementations, ensuring they align with Cencora’s business objectives. This role focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to achieve smooth adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of system implementation projects, aligning them with business goals.
• Develop and apply change‑management strategies to minimise resistance and promote seamless adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment and support.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to secure buy‑in at all levels.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training programs and materials for end‑users.
• Monitor implementation effectiveness, adjust approaches as needed, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare change requests, evaluate resource, time and financial impacts, and submit them promptly.
• Facilitate feedback loops, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Change Management or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in implementation management, especially with PO systems and change management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
