Quality Assurance Engineer – PCB Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our TLT Manufacturing Group in Vilnius, supporting PCB production. You will help maintain ISO‑based quality systems, drive continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Coordinate quality management processes and ensure compliance with legislation and customer requirements.
• Develop and update quality assurance procedures and work instructions.
• Lead problem‑solving activities, including root cause analysis.
• Monitor corrective actions and assess their effectiveness.
• Organise and conduct internal audits, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Collect, analyse and report quality performance data.
• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments and propose mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
• Participate in external audits and customer quality assessments.
• Deliver employee training on quality standards and best practices.
• Manage documented information related to quality assurance.
• Ensure implementation and traceability of customer‑specific quality requirements.

Required profile

• At least one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• University degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
• Knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 (additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 are a plus).
• Experience preparing procedures and work instructions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Good computer literacy and strong analytical abilities.
