Sales Specialist - B2B Partnerships

About the role

A growing manufacturing company with over 15 years of experience in international markets is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to help develop B2B partnerships in Lithuania and abroad. The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships and wants a career in sales within an international business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term partnerships
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process
• Work closely with production and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Take part in client meetings and occasional business trips when required

Required profile

• Higher education degree
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or other client-facing roles is an advantage
