Sales Specialist – Lithuanian Market

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the Lithuanian market. You will focus on road freight, groupage, and part‑load transportation, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in Lithuania for freight services.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct negotiations, present services, and assess customer needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Prepare commercial offers, calculate transportation costs, and negotiate agreements.
• Participate in tenders and assist with tender documentation preparation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel to Riga when required.
