Senior Recruiter

About the role

Genome is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its fast‑growing fintech platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to attract top talent across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, with a focus on product, engineering and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, selection criteria and tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche channels and advanced Boolean search, building strong pipelines in the fintech and digital banking space.
• Design and facilitate structured interview processes that deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Promote Genome’s employer brand on LinkedIn and other social platforms to attract inbound talent.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as time‑to‑hire and funnel conversion rates to continuously improve hiring workflows.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in fintech, technology or high‑growth banking.
• Proven success sourcing talent across Lithuania and broader European markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with fluency in English.
• Interest in emerging technologies, recruitment automation and AI‑driven sourcing.
