Senior Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Specialist to join our expanding Vilnius office. You will focus on B2B sales of intermodal logistics services, working with clients worldwide and helping to grow our sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Active B2B sales of logistics services.
• Prospect and acquire new clients, conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers and sign contracts.
• Support and develop relationships with existing clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics services sales.
• Good understanding of the logistics market (road, sea, air, multimodal transport).
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills.
• Lithuanian – priority.
• English – priority.
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
