Senior Technical SEO Specialist

About the role

Evolvery, the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to own the most technically demanding SEO accounts. You will work on complex sites, migrations, and AI‑driven search environments, ensuring visibility and revenue growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical SEO authority, solving the hardest problems for the team.
• Own SEO and GEO strategy on large e‑commerce, JS‑heavy, and multi‑market accounts.
• Drive visibility across evolving Google Search and AI‑powered platforms, including structured data and entity‑based SEO.
• Lead engagements or collaborate with Ads, CRO, and development teams as needed.
• Share AI‑driven workflows and raise the technical bar across the organization.
• Analyze and report results through the lens of business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with deep technical expertise (crawling, indexing, rendering, site architecture, log analysis).
• Daily use of AI tools and automated workflows, not just occasional ChatGPT.
• Ability to link SEO decisions to measurable business outcomes and defend priorities.
• Confident with standard SEO and reporting tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4).
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
