Site Reliability Engineer – Platform Operations

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer in the Platform Operations team, you will ensure Nasdaq's global trading platforms run reliably and efficiently. You will drive automation, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, scale, and optimise production‑grade Kubernetes clusters across multi‑cloud or hybrid environments.
• Design and maintain automated application delivery pipelines using ArgoCD to keep environments declarative.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch stacks.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and reduce operational toil through automation.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline onboarding and improve the developer experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes workloads, ingress, storage, and networking.

What we offer

• Base salary range €4,100 – €5,000 gross per month.
