Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue & Operations team in Vilnius. You will work with German‑speaking clients across the DACH region, helping them adopt Adform’s programmatic advertising solutions and achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business needs and demonstrate how Adform products can meet those goals.
• Drive commercial success by retaining and growing relationships, increasing product adoption.
• Provide proactive advisory, best‑practice consulting and strategic guidance.
• Manage new client onboarding and product roll‑outs, ensuring timely delivery.
• Represent client needs to product teams and collaborate with account management.
• Educate customers to maximise platform usage in the local market.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with influence over technical stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, programmatic media buying and the competitive landscape.
• Professional proficiency in German (B2‑C1) and fluent English.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
• Eagerness to learn all Adform products and internal processes.
