Supply Chain Manager

About the role

TLT Electronics is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join its fast‑growing team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for analysing customer documentation, managing supplier quotations and preparing cost calculations that support sales and production. This role offers the chance to work in a high‑tech manufacturing environment with advanced automation and robotics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer documentation and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Collect, compare and evaluate supplier quotations for components and materials.
• Prepare accurate cost calculations and pricing proposals for projects and the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with component purchasing specialists and technical teams.
• Maintain and update pricing templates, cost models and databases.
• Suggest alternative components to optimise cost, availability and lead time.
• Support indirect procurement activities such as tools, samples and services when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, pricing, supply or costing roles (electronics industry experience is a strong advantage).
• Understanding of BOM structures, electronic components and key pricing drivers.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level for communication with international suppliers and documentation.
