Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Girteka Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for a fast‑growing logistics company. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring specialists across various functions, supporting hiring managers, and representing the employer brand at events.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions within Girteka Group.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and platforms.
• Guide hiring managers and People & Culture partners on market trends and best hiring practices.
• Participate in internal and external events as a brand ambassador and suggest improvements to talent acquisition processes.
• Manage the hiring workflow using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar HR roles with hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong background in sourcing and selecting junior to mid‑level positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• People‑centric mindset with strong empathy and active listening.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
