Tosca Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Join Accenture's leading Testing capability in the Nordics as a Tosca Test Automation Engineer. You will work on cutting‑edge automation projects for Fortune 500 clients, using Tricentis Tosca to deliver high‑quality software across web, API, mobile, SAP and other packaged applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated test solutions with Tricentis Tosca using modular, reusable and data‑driven approaches.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks that align with enterprise standards.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, distributed execution and reporting.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering front‑end, back‑end, APIs, mobile and SAP landscapes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, optimise execution, and support test monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with test managers, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to align automation activities with project goals.
• For senior levels: mentor engineers, lead design reviews and promote best practices.
• For architect levels: define automation architecture, governance, standards and tooling strategy.
• Lead or support advanced Tosca capabilities such as Test Data Service, BI testing, distributed execution and tool integrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on test automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience automating web, API/services and mobile applications; SAP or other packaged applications preferred for senior roles.
• Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates and test management.
• Knowledge of BDD/ATDD and continuous testing practices.
