Account Manager

About the role

Genome, a fully digital financial platform licensed in Lithuania, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture relationships with corporate clients and drive growth across its suite of banking‑as‑a‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with new and existing corporate customers, acting as their main point of contact.
• Analyse client activity, identify friction points and resolve issues quickly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance and Operations teams to meet client needs efficiently.
• Identify upselling opportunities, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing to increase revenue for both the client and Genome.
• Own the onboarding journey for clients handed over by the Sales team, guiding them through technical setup and payment‑processing integration.

Required profile

• Proven account‑management experience in iGaming, Forex, PSP, affiliate or marketing‑agency environments.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accountancy or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong networking ability and capacity to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Quick learner of new software platforms.
