Account Strategist / Project Manager, Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for an Account Strategist / Project Manager to become the primary partner for a portfolio of clients in a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through Google and Meta advertising campaigns while contributing to strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end management of assigned client accounts, from onboarding to performance reporting.
• Lead client meetings, analyse campaign results together with media buyers, and present actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate activities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, creative production, and landing‑page development.
• Prioritise tasks across multiple clients, set clear expectations, and communicate realistic timelines.
• Identify growth opportunities early and propose new ideas to clients.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure specialists understand priorities.

Required profile

• Experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or Account Strategist in a digital or performance‑marketing agency.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, able to discuss budgets, structure and optimisation with both clients and internal specialists.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with several clients simultaneously and allocate attention effectively.
