ActionScript UI Developer for World of Tanks Console

About the role

Wargaming is seeking an ActionScript UI Developer to join the World of Tanks Modern Armor team. You will help design, implement and maintain the user interface for the console version of the game, working closely with designers, artists and QA engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain UI features using ActionScript 3.
• Create screens, menus, HUD elements and interactive components.
• Integrate UI solutions with the game client and existing systems.
• Support, refactor and improve existing UI code.
• Implement UI animations and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the development process.
• Investigate and resolve UI‑related issues.
• Participate in R&D activities to advance UI practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional UI development experience using ActionScript.
• Strong knowledge of ActionScript 3 and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience building UI for games or interactive products.
• Understanding of UI architecture, patterns and development principles.
• Experience with UI animations and interactive components.
• Proficiency with version control systems.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
