AI / Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative AI‑powered Graphic Designer to join our social‑media agency. You will work closely with our creative team to produce visual content for clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop designs that meet client expectations and objectives.
• Interpret detailed client briefs as well as minimal guidance to create compelling visual assets.
• Generate visual content using generative AI tools and traditional design software.
• Adapt designs to a wide range of industries, from beverage brands to investment funds.
• Propose, justify and implement diverse design solutions.

Required profile

• Strong sense of style, colour, tone and visual storytelling.
• Experience communicating with and leveraging AI for design work.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, preferably for agencies or social‑media projects.
• Empathy, teamwork orientation and a genuine interest in client success.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (B2‑C1 level) – both written and spoken.
