AI Product Designer

About the role

As an AI Product Designer at Holo, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to transform real‑world user problems into ship‑ready solutions. You’ll help shape the AI‑driven marketing platform that powers thousands of small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Turn real user problems into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Understand users, funnels and competitors to spot friction and opportunities.
• Prototype, test and iterate quickly, favouring multiple rough ideas over a single perfect one.
• Design with activation, conversion, retention and adoption in mind, not just visual appeal.
• Take ownership of larger product initiatives as you grow with the company.

Required profile

• Strong UX and UI sense with sharp product instincts.
• Fast‑moving mindset; comfortable with trial and error.
• Willingness to go beyond design tools to build working prototypes.
• Bonus: experience in B2B/B2C SaaS or startup environments.
• Aspiration to evolve beyond a pure designer role into broader product ownership.
