AI Image Specialist for E‑commerce & Advertising

About the role

Join Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress brand with over $1 billion in sales, to own AI image generation for its ecommerce and marketing channels. You will be responsible for creating hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery that consistently meets brand standards while shaping the AI‑driven production workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI image generation for Puffy.com, producing hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery that meets brand standards at production volume.
• Develop and maintain prompting approaches, reference‑image workflows and quality standards to make AI generation a reliable production route.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to create AI‑generated advertising creative and take outputs through compositing and retouching to final assets.
• Apply UI/UX design to ecommerce page layouts, ensuring images work effectively across breakpoints and support conversion goals.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial AI‑generated photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image models (ChatGPT Images, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, compositing and retouching to deliver production‑ready creative.
• UI/UX design experience with an eye for how imagery behaves inside live interfaces.
