Senior Creative Designer – Performance Marketing (Static & Motion)

About the role

As a Senior Performance Creative you will concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak. While paid static is the core focus, the role also requires ideating and creating performance video and leveraging generative AI as a primary production method.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid static assets across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always‑on activity for Kraken Consumer.
• Build creative for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, tailoring to each channel’s specs and native feel.
• Concept, cut and deliver performance video formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) to ship complete cross‑format sets.
• Produce AI‑generated and AI‑assisted video and imagery, deciding when AI is the fastest route to a high‑quality ad.
• Version and localize assets at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design creative for testing, interpret performance data, and iterate with new hooks and concepts.
• Partner with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals without diluting ideas.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or regulated sectors.
• Demonstrated portfolio showing paid static work, full video cuts, AI‑generated pieces and data‑driven iterations.
• Strong instincts for platform‑native creative on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Hands‑on video production skills from concept through sound‑designed final cut.
• Deep familiarity with generative AI video and image tooling and shipped examples.
• Experience in structured creative testing programs and fluency with metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Comfort working within regulatory constraints and creating copy that is clear, value‑first and jargon‑free.
