AI Search Specialist – SEO & GEO for B2B

About the role

Linkedist is seeking an AI Search Specialist to lead AI‑SEO and GEO projects for B2B clients. You will own the full lifecycle from strategy and audits to implementation, monitoring and reporting, helping brands improve visibility on AI‑powered search and answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage AI‑SEO/GEO strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Conduct comprehensive audits covering content, structured data, technical foundations, entity signals and brand authority.
• Research audience behavior on AI tools and identify content gaps, citation opportunities and ways to appear in AI‑generated answers.
• Monitor brand mentions, citations, share of voice and agreed performance metrics.
• Test content formats, topics, prompts and optimisation approaches, turning findings into actionable content plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, developers and designers.
• Build AI automations to improve internal workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in GEO, SEO, content strategy or technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of AI search platforms, large language models and traditional search engines.
• Proven ability to conduct content audits, prompt and keyword research, and work with structured data.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into practical actions.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Professional English communication; Lithuanian is a plus.
